Metro Steamway has been thrilling clients since 1988.  We are dedicated to excellent customer service.  Our clients refer their friends, family, and co-workers to us............we love word of mouth referrals !  That shows us that our clients care as much about us as we care about them. 

 We are an IICRC certified firm.  Fewer than 15% of carpet cleaners in America are certified by this independent organization.  It requires that we attend rigorous training sessions and have ongoing professional development.

Who We Are

I'm Victoria Efird, owner of Metro Steamway, Inc., and I'm a teacher at heart. With a Master's degree in education and years of teaching experience, I am appalled at how much misinformation prevails concerning the proper care of carpet and rugs.  You can learn helpful tips by reading the other sections of this web site.

Brian Sniatecki has provided excellent cleaning for Metro Steamway clients for over ten years.  Our clients often call the office to commend Brian on his "magical" cleaning ability, politeness, and professionalism. Brian and wife, Nicole, have two daughters, Bryanna and Makenzie.  Brian's hobbies include hunting, fishing, and taxidermy.
